Raw Honey

Pure and delicious our raw honey is never pasteurized or heated over 38 degrees Celsius to preserve all the nutritive value of the pollen and antioxidants of raw honey. Raw honey is liquid shortly after harvest but will crystallize or candy over time.  Candied honey can be enjoyed as is, with a unique candied texture or liquefied in a warm water bath.

How to Eat Honeycomb?

• Spread a spoonful of honeycomb over butter on fresh, warm bread straight from the oven or toaster.
• Honeycomb is a great addition to any charcuterie board. 
• Start your day off right with a slice of honeycomb melting over a warm bowl of oatmeal, or into plain yogurt for a kick of natural sweetness
• Store comb honey in the freezer prevent crystallization. Take out a couple hours before serving to allow to return to room temperature.
